Careless behaviour on the part of Cloudworks Energy and Kiewit Corp. have generated 1,800 pages of complaints about building a bridge illegally, destroying red-legged frogs’ habitat, building shoddy roads which caused numerous mudslides, logging in old-growth forests and damaging fish-bearing rivers.
